What each class looks like.
Beginners
For first-timers and people coming back after a break. No prior experience needed.
Vinyasa Flow
Mid-tempo flow with steady breath cues. Modifications offered every pose.
Slow Flow
Slower vinyasa with longer holds. Closer to a moving meditation than a workout.
Yin
Long-hold floor postures with props. Aimed at fascia and connective tissue.
Restorative
Fully supported postures, very few transitions. Recovery and parasympathetic work.
Breathwork
Guided pranayama and breath sessions. Often paired with a short meditation.
Open Practice
Self-led time on the mat with a teacher quietly available. No instruction.
Community Class
Free Saturday morning class led by rotating teachers. All levels.
